Is this suspect #2 ?

Dan Riehl has been posting on the resemblance between the missing college student from Brown University. Sunil Tripathi and Suspect #2. I downloaded some pictures of both and enlarged them to see if they appear to be the same. Looks pretty close to me, but the more intriguing aspect is the second story that Riehl posted about the missing college student and explosives.
