Hi Jer and friends. Hay Jer,I never get to ask you how you are doing. Anything fun/interesting happening with you? Hows your health kina things. For my part....I am struggling with the vegetable garden this year. Nothing seems to be working just as it should. This is my most busy time of year at work.Some departments are down some are up.
An interesting Obamacare note. Do you remember the part of the law that states a certain % of an insurance companies income/expenditures had to meet criteria? Well my companies health insurer owes us employees a refund under the law. We are a small family owned company with two stores. The law is so convoluted that we cant figure out the distribution (not to mention employees that have left the company during the time frame) So after months of attempting to make sense of this Obamacare mess we will have to hire expensive people to help figure it out. The problem is we cant find someone willing to take on the task. We could guesstimate but the penalties for doing it wrong are very intimidating. Welcome to the new norm for small business.

Forgive me for this but it is a visual of Obama that just came to mind. For those of you old enough to remember the movie Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,there was a character named Lord Scrumptious. He went around TOWN calling out to gullible poor children to come and get free candy. He would lure them in and then enslave them.
