Just 28% of Florida voters agree with the U.S. Department of Justice’s decision to challenge the legality of Arizona’s recently enacted immigration law.
A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in the state finds that a majority (60%) disagree with this decision, while 12% are not sure.
Opposition towards the Justice Department’s decision is slightly higher in Florida than the level measured nationally.
Nearly two-out-of-three voters (62%) in Florida favor an Arizona-like law in their state. Twenty-four percent (24%) oppose such legislation in their state, and another 14% are not sure....
