This picture says a thousand words, Joe Biden does not. First off there are dozens of reporters around to ask questions, here is the only question that was asked and answered.
REPORTER: "Time for a few questions?"
JOE BIDEN: "No, no. I'm only here to see Anne."
He was not asked any further questions, how dutiful of the media. The very definition of a meaningless photo op, meant to show Biden out and about for no real purpose. I would point out that he, as always, is wearing a mask. But note that he is standing by himself in the middle of the road and there is nobody within ten feet of him, less alone six. I may be a cynic but it seems to me that Joe's mask is both virtue signalling and a means by which he can avoid answering questions in public, not that he does much of that anywhere else. He had to finally come out of the basement, so his minimum appearances are set up to make it look like he is in public, but he really is not.
